CATS uses global Vodafone for GSM tags

CATS now managed to get global Vodafone contract for their CATS GSM devices. This is an important step to enhance the global coverage of the CATS GSM devices with one service provider to cover the planet. The user can now just switch on the device and is almost guaranteed to have network coverage.

CATS working with Norwegian Orca Survey

Norwegian Orca Survey, headed by Eve and Richard, have been using CATS-Cam tags to find out more about the whales in the norwegian fjiords near Andenes.

CATS is planning to support NOS in the quest to find out more about Orcas and other whales in order to improve the conservation of those animals.

Announcing the CATS 3-D Visualizer

CATS will be releasing their first version of the CATS – Visualizer. The announcement of this tool has excited many researchers using high-resolution, fine-scale movement recorder, such as most of the CATS products (CATS-Diary, etc.). Please check out the new link for this incredible tool.
