Great white shark South Africa

Description

A National Geographic production used CATS-Cams to film natural behaviour of great white sharks from their point of view in South Africa. Dr Taylor Chapple was the investigating scientist.

CATS provided 4 Cams and was able to obtain never-seen-before vision of these animals. The attachment to the dorsal fin used the CATS-Clamps with non-invasive pads.

The CATS-Cams deployed also included high-resolution sensors (CATS-Diary), and were therefore able to gain valuable scientific data too.
